"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also." 2Timothy 2:1, 2
IN JESUS TODAY!
To be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus is the hallmark of a Christian Warrior. The stamp or official mark that indicates loyalty and faithfulness to Jesus Christ. We are soldiers and as soldiers we are under the command of our General as we are stationed on the front lines, out in the mud and the dirt of society lending a helping hand and comforting the injured with God's word of deliverance. All will be invited to receive, as soldiers we welcome them in, like a wedding invite of old where the King instructed his servant to go into the highways and the byways and invite all in. A soldier must be strong in the grace of Jesus Christ, he will get dirty, he will suffer sadness as he experiences the condition of many, and he will have accusations and insults hurled at him. A soldier is often alone, secluded in his position, waiting to assist the injured and hurting, preventing them from becoming the next casualty of society. A soldier encourages and lifts up the wounded and tells of the good news to all. There is good news! Salvation and Deliverance is in our Lord Jesus Christ! The grace that is in Christ Jesus offers this to all.
There are many witnesses and many committed faithful who stand in this grace daily. The grace that is in Jesus Christ enables us to stand and usher in all with a comforting welcome. While the arrows may fly at us, the winds of turmoil may blow, and the insults and accusations might attempt to pummel us, we shall stand strong and teach many!
