"And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned?" Nehemiah 4:2
IN JESUS TODAY!
It's going to take an extra understanding about the matters of rebuilding if we are to be successful. First, there are some people that don't want things rebuilt! Secondly, once they discover that you are working at rebuilding your life anew, they are going to be angry, and last, but not least, they are going to have a reaction to your efforts! We can see that often anger and fear go hand in hand, when you are discovered in the process of rebuilding a better life for yourself you might want to consider and prepare for the reaction from others that are fearful that you just might succeed! Sanballat and Tobiah didn't want Nehemiah and his workers to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem and were surprised to find that the work of rebuilding was ongoing. Have you considered yet that there might be some that do not want America restored to its former glory, that there might be some that do not want business's to hire again, and that there might be some that do not want to see your life restored and strengthened? It's true, it profits some that we remain the same.
So what do we do? First we recognize their fears and realize that there will soon be a reaction to this, so we will have to set up guards to prevent any obstructions to this rebuilding process, lookouts so to speak, people that will work at all hours, and people who are true to the cause. Then we must be focused and determined to press forward, united together having the mind to work hard and pray to God and set watch day and night against those that would resist this restoration.
Understanding our enemy and having our eyes opened will be critical to the rebuilding process of our lives. Working together instead of placing fault and being divided, will be the sign of awareness and the advantage that we need to succeed.
LET US UNITE TOGETHER!
