GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR FOR YOU!
"Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest as I ought to speak." Colossians 4:2-4
AT HIS TABLE:
Praying for others should be a significant part of a Christian's life and asking for prayer from others should not come to us as a shameful thing or with any reluctance. We all need each other! None of us can make it alone! Here Paul gives to us a set of final instructions that is meant to help us finish this race in strength. While he instructs us to pray always, he also takes this opportunity to ask for prayer, recognizing that he also needs others, not only God, but also others that will encourage him, pray for him, and stand in faith with him regarding the work that God has called him to do.
THERE’S NO SHAME IN OUR GAME…
It is the foolish person that looks into the face of friends and says, "I'm ok, I don't need your prayers or help." That is to say, "I am self-reliant", when clearly no one is, as it is written,
"Two are better than one: because they have a good reward for their labor." Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Today I would like to pray for you, but also I would like to ask that you pray for me. Pray for the many churches and ministries, and for Souls For Christ Ministries, that God will continue to open doors of opportunity to share the mystery of Christ and to bring his words of Salvation unto the world.
Thank you and God bless you today!
PRAY FOR EACH OTHER!
